Since County Fair’s inception in 1902, this fall celebration has been an opportunity for students to make products, organize activities and share them with the community. This event requires group cooperation and organization at every grade level and builds a sense of responsibility and ownership, giving each child the chance to contribute to the community through their efforts. Parents, guardians and grandparents are invited to come to the fair. Audience: All Community
Parker’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Speaker Series provides opportunities for all to share in insightful perspectives on vital issues facing our democratic society and global world. Audience: All Community

Join the Parker Alumni Association for the "Colonel Cup" 125th Anniversary Golf Tournament at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club! Players of all skill levels are welcome to participate and enjoy the tournament. $125 for non-student players, $85 for student players. Sponsorships available. Join members of the Parker community for a panel discussion on the topic of education and democracy. Featuring Jeanne Barr, Parker Faculty member and Parent Emeritus; Damian Jones, past Parker Assistant Principal, Parent Emeritus, Former Executive Director of High Jump and Head of School at the Center for Early Childhood; Rick Locke, former Parker Faculty; and Nate Pietrini, Executive Director of High Jump. Rufus Williams, Life Trustee and Parent Emeritus, will be the evening's moderator. The Stenn Family Civics Education Initiative supports Parker’s mission to educate for citizenship in a diverse democracy by funding guest speakers, student programming and faculty training that provides insight into the development and responsibilities of citizens, elected officials and governmental processes. In honor of Parker’s 125th anniversary year, Parker is excited to welcome Stephen Burns, Founder and Artistic Director of Fulcrum Point New Music Project. Stephen Burns is the father of graduates Eddie ‘14 and IZ ’14. The Joan W. Harris Visiting Music Scholar in Residence program was established to provide experiences for students to find inspiration, learn, appreciate and understand the transformative power of classical music. The Robert A. Pritzker Visiting Scientist•Inventor•Engineer in Residence program was created by a gift to Parker in honor of engineer, industrialist and philanthropist Robert A. Pritzker ’44. This program aims to expand science education opportunities at Parker and foster an ongoing dialogue among students and teachers about current issues in science. Audience: All Community

For ticketed events: Tickets are fully refundable up to 14 days before the event. Inside of 14 days, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest.
